• No refunds after “Pending” email: Once a “Pending” notification has been issued, it means your application has already been reviewed and submitted for authorization, and therefore no refund can be made.
• Automatic refund on rejection: If your application is rejected by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security or U.S. Customs and Border Protection, a full refund is automatic. No separate request is necessary.

To request a refund (when eligible), email info@estaofficial.org and include your full name, the email address used in your application, and your purchase date. We respond to all refund emails within 24 hours.

Approved refunds are returned to the same payment method used for purchase and typically appear on your statement within 2–5 business days. It is not necessary to contact your bank or credit card provider; we will confirm your refund via email within 24 hours.

We assist foreign travelers who need the proper documents to enter the United States. Our service fees are US $90 (approximately €75–80, depending on the exchange rate of your card). These include all government filing fees plus our professional service charges. Estaofficial is a private company and is not affiliated with any government agency. You may complete your application independently on the official government website for a lower fee of $21 at ESTA.CBP.DHS.GOV.
